 1. Lay STUDDY BUDDY flat on table with cord fully extended. |
 2. Open book halfway and place book face down on top of cord. |
 3. Place STUDDY BUDDY on spine of book and pull cord through hole. |
 4. Pull cord tight and tighten knob. |
| II. Opening STUDDY BUDDY | |||
 1. Stand book straight up, pull on latch, and pull back cover. |
 2. Pull out arms and stand. |
 3. Open book halfway and lean back. |
 4. Attach clips to cover. |
| III. Closing STUDDY BUDDY | |||
 1. Stand book straight up. |
 2. Remove clips from cover. |
 3. Fold in clips, arms, and stand. |
 4. Close Cover. |
